The facilities here were fantastic, with plenty to do for both kids and adults alike. The staff really went above and beyond, especially Joca and Ami from the kids' club and the concierges Jennifer and Josue. Our Junior Suite was stunning and exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and style. It was well-stocked with a Nespresso machine that got refilled every day, plus complimentary merchandise for our kids. The room service was prompt and delicious, and the breakfast was very tasty too. We appreciated the convenient location to the airport for our return flight to the US.

Not obvious to find, but there were a few small issues during our stay. However, they were quickly resolved by the staff.

The food was not up to par. It was also unfortunate that the selection of beer and alcohol brands was limited.

The hotel's proximity to the airport made our departure back to the US effortless. the restaurants offered a range of cuisines, including a sports bar with exceptional menu options. The rooms were stylish and comfortable, and our Nespresso was refilled daily. The dedicated staff, like Joca and Ami in the kids club, made our family's stay unforgettable.

We did experience some disappointment with the alcohol selection offered by the hotel.

The Xtra Time Sports Bar had particularly poor quality and flavor in their food, and we found the drink selection to be limited. This certainly detracted from our experience, as we were hoping to enjoy a bit more luxury while on our Easter break.

The spa was amazing. Friendly staff at the restaurants. Clean and comfortable room. Beautiful grounds and pools.

The extraordinary facilities found here provided for an exceptional stay. The Family Selection staff were always ready to assist and genuinely nice, making us feel like royalty.

Although the hotel had a lot to offer, the cuisine fell short, especially at Xtra Time Sports Bar - it was tasteless, greasy and unappealing. In general, the drinks were quite underwhelming too.
